Our Mission Statement

The Oregon State University (OSU) Foundation in Corvallis, Oregon, was incorporated under the laws of the State of Oregon as a non-profit corporation on October 15, 1947. The Foundation aids and promotes excellence in the educational, research, and service activities of OSU by seeking, receiving and administering private gifts for the benefit of the University. Our Purpose

Individuals and organizations (corporations, foundations, civic organizations, religious organizations) who are interested in supporting higher education in general, and higher education at Oregon State University in particular, can turn to the Oregon State University Foundation as a partner in giving. Providing vehicles (direct mail publications, events, one-on-one conversations, online giving sites, and custom tailored proposals) to assist in making a gift, the staff and volunteers of the Foundation stand ready to respond to opportunities and questions about the transactions.
