The OSU Monthly Campaign Update tracks progress toward our $625 million campaign goal, celebrates successes along the way, and, above all, showcases the impact philanthropy makes on OSU students, the state of Oregon, and our world.
Happy new academic year! We've had a busy summer in the OSU Foundation. In addition to the planning that occurred, we've added more than $16.9 million to The Campaign for OSU in July and August, bringing the total to $530.8 million by August 31. One significant milestone that occurred over the summer was that we exceeded our $126.25 million goal for Facilities and Equipment. Learn more about campaign progress.
Each fall, the OSU community looks forward to the annual President's Dinner, which will occur on October 16 in Portland (see photos from last year's gathering). This year's event will feature stories from award-winning faculty members and the students they mentor plus a time to welcome new members into the Harris Society, recognizing those whose cumulative giving to OSU has exceeded $1 million. These honorees include:
In the meanwhile, please read more about two major campaign celebrations, both of which illustrate the impact private gifts are having on our campus and beyond.
