National Fish and Wildlife Foundation
The National Fish and Wildlife Foundation has long supported applied research at OSU to advance conservation, including research on fish diseases conducted by Professor Jerri Bartholomew in the College of Science. Last year the foundation established an endowed scholarship to honor James Sedell, an esteemed scientist who led their national fish conservation efforts. He once taught at OSU and played pivotal roles in river ecology and land management policy. Through this scholarship his legacy will live on in the next generation of passionate and dedicated conservationists.
