The new Hallie Ford Center for Healthy Children and Families, located in the heart of the scenic OSU campus at the corner of 26th and Campus Way, will celebrate its Grand Opening on Thursday, September 8. Open to the public, this celebration will help to cement OSU’s role as a leader in healthy family research and innovation. Public tours of the state-of-the-art facility will be available. Visit the event page for more information, and to register to be a part of this historic event.
Thanks to a generous gift from the late Hallie Ford, the Hallie Ford Center will bring together faculty and student researchers who are dedicated to the holistic health of children and families throughout Oregon and around the world. Research taking place in the center spans childhood obesity issues, parenting education topics, and addressing academic needs for at-risk children.
