Letter from OSU President Ed Ray

Please accept my heartfelt thanks for the OSU Women's Giving Circle vote in favor of making a five-year intention to support the Student Success Center. I deeply appreciate your participation in this top priority initiative of The Campaign for OSU. Your involvement is a wonderful reflection of the Women's Giving Circle's dedication to our students. It was critical in meeting our fundraising goal and obtaining the state $7 million dollar match.

I realize that your group has not previously made a multi-year intention of support, and am thus all the more grateful to you for making an exception to your regular practices.  We are in extraordinary economic times, times that call for flexibility and different ways of thinking. I am confident that OSU will emerge from this time stronger than ever, thanks in no small part to the united support of alumni and friends like you.

Again, thank you for your willingness to consider my request and for your responsiveness to this need. The Women's Giving Circle is a cherished part of the OSU family.
